Who Is Pacific Northwest Border Collie Rescue?

Pacific Northwest Border Collie Rescue is more of a "what" than a "who". The "we" is  a group of select individuals with a common goal:  the placement of well-tempered border collies into good homes.    The "what" is this web site. 

Some of us are independent.  Some of us are members of official recognized charitable 501(c)(3) organizations such as SPDR and PAWS.     We often work together on home visits and dog transports, but each organization has their own rules and charters. While our network is over 40 people strong of folks doing home visits, assisting with behavioral issues, and working with local shelters, these are our primary coordinators.     Please see our disclaimer below.
